Obligatory testing of DAMU employees from 25 November 2021

Following the current measures of the Ministry of Health, which summarizes the Rector's measures on the operation and functioning of AMU from 22 November 2021, AMU is obliged to ensure that employees are tested with rapid antigen tests for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus, and employees are obliged to undergo this test at the request of their supervisor, with a frequency of once a week.

An employee is not required to take the antigen test if he or she demonstrates that:

  1. has been vaccinated against COVID 19 by means of a national vaccination certificate or a vaccination certificate issued in accordance with the European Union Regulation on the EU COVID digital certificate (valid 14 days after the last dose of the scheme),
  2. undergone a PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 with negative results or a rapid antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 with negative results within the last 7 days, as recorded in the Infectious Disease Information System or confirmed by a health care provider,
  3. he/she has had COVID 19 and no more than 180 days have elapsed since the first positive test, as recorded in the Infectious Disease Information System or by a certificate issued by a health care provider.

Testing will be conducted via self-test in the DISK Theatre foyer beginning Thursday, November 25, 2021 and will take place during standard DAMU campus hours until further notice. A doorman will provide access to the testing area.

At the same time, in accordance with the instructions of the Bursar, I would like to invite you to provide proof of infection-free status via the electronic form available HERE by 28 November (login to the school Microsoft account required).

In the form you have the possibility to directly insert the relevant certificate if you have already downloaded it on your computer, or you can download the certificate of vaccination, negative test or infection on the website ocko.uzis.cz

If you have already presented a valid vaccination certificate in the spring, you do not need to submit this information again, the data from the spring are preserved. If you have had COVID 19 in spring/summer and are still within the 180-day protection period, you should instead provide a new certificate, as the affidavits previously accepted for this purpose are no longer valid.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
