Vyhlášení výsledků voleb do AS DAMU pro funkční období 2021-2024
In accordance with Section 26 of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., On Higher Education Institutions and pursuant to Article 5 of the DAMU Statute and Article 2 of the DAMU Academic Senate Election Rules, the DAMU Dean announced elections to the DAMU Academic Senate for the term of office 2021-2024
The election will take place on May 4 and 5, 2021.
Taking into account the current epidemic situation, for the first time in the history of DAMU, elections is taking place by electronic voting, where voting will be possible on a computer, tablet or mobile phone.

The election application will be accessible to the members of the DAMU academic community after entering login details (username and main password to the AMU network). In case you cannot remember your login details, contact the faculty IT administrator Jakub Kavan (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible. Please note that finding the correct login details cannot be done remotely electronically, but the personal presence of the person at the faculty is required !!
You will then be able to vote from 4 May from 8:00 to 5 May 16:00 via the electronic application.

Please note that there is currently an extraordinary measure on entry to the building issued on March 29, 2021. Only those persons who prove themselves at the gatehouse with a negative test, confirmation of passing COVID-19 or vaccinations are allowed to enter the building. We will inform you in time about any change in the regulation.

AS DAMU has two chambers, pedagogical and student. Member pedagogical chambers are elected from among the academic staff of DAMU. Member student chambers are elected from among DAMU students. The teaching chamber has 8 members, the student chamber has 5 members. Therefore, during the election you can check a maximum of 8 candidates for the teaching chamber and 5 members for the student chamber.

Candidates will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and answer questions from members of the academic community at the Assembly of the DAMU academic community, which is taking place on April 27 from 16:00 online via MS Teams. Members of the DAMU academic community can join HERE.
The evaluation of the election results will be carried out no later than 6 May 2021 and can be found in the relevant section on the DAMU website.
